摘    要:利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS,借助于ADAMS/Controls模块,可以将ADAMS/View或ADAMS/Solver模块同MATLAB/Simulink控制分析软件有机地连接起来,实现机电液一体化联合仿真;本文结合洒浆机液压系统设计过程中的机电液一体化仿真,分析了联合仿真的实现方法及仿真试验的结果,验证了这种方法对洒浆机液压系统优化设计的作用。

Abstract:Virtual prototype technology was used in grout-sprinkling machine design.The model of hydraulic system was coupled with its model of mechanical systems with ADAMS/View and control systems with MATLAB/Simulink.The coupled system simulation was performed and the virtual model of hydraulic system was refined.The physical prototype showed the simulation result was reliable.Then,an effective measure of solving such problem was given.
