摘    要:利用拉伸试验、红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法、流变表征等方法.对2102 TN 00等几种低密度聚乙烯的性能进行了测试,并以2102 TN 00为基础树脂分别制备了硅烷交联和过氧化物交联聚乙烯电缆料。结果表明,2102 TN 00适合做聚乙烯交联电力电缆绝缘料的基础树脂。

Abstract:The properties of several kinds of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), including 2102 TN 00, were characterized with tensile test, infrared spectrometry, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rheological method. Cross-linked cable insulants were prepared with taking LDPE 2102 TN 00 as basic resin and silicane or peroxide as cross-linking agent. The results show that 2102 TN 00 is suitably used as basic resin of cross-linked PE cable insulants.
