摘    要:盐酸雷诺希芬是一种用于治疗骨质疏松症的药物,采用EI-MS、FAB(-)-MS两种质谱技术分别对其的结构和裂解途径进行了研究.采用FAB(-)-MS,获得m/z 510[M HCl H]-、m/z 509[M HCl]-、m/z 473[M]和m/z 472[M-H]质谱峰;采用EIMS,获得m/z 473[M] 、m/z 474[M H] .因此,分子离子m/z 473[M] 与分子式C28H27NO4S相符.并解释了其中的主要特征子离子,并对其结构进行了确证.

Abstract:Realoxifen hydrochloride is a new synthesis compound, used for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and other disease caused by osteoporosis. For further study on it, mass spectrometry techniques, such as electron ionization mass spectrometry (EIMS) and fast-atom bombardment mass spectrometry ( FAB(-) MS) can provide valuable information and was used for the elucidations of its structure and fragmentation pathway. The results shows the molecular ion peak m/z 510 [M HCl H] -, m/z 509 [M HCl] -, m/z 473[M] - and m/z 472[M-H] - were detected by FAB(-) MS; m/z 473[M] and m/z 474[M 1] detected by EIMS. And the molecular formula of realoxifen hydrochloride could be certified as C 28 H 27 NO 4S. Furthermore, the fragmentation pathway of raloxifen hydrochloride is also explained.
