| 摘 要： | 介绍了外加厚油管的工艺设计和实施方法,以及实现闭式模锻一次成形工艺生产外加厚油管所需要的设备及辅助设施。生产实践证明,采用自行设计完成的全自动化外加厚油管生产线,可以生产出符合API Spec 5CT标准要求的外加厚油管,应用效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Elaborated are the manufacture of the externally-upset tubing, covering such aspects as the process design and the method for implementation thererof, and the main equipment and auxiliary facilities as necessary for producing the tubing with the closed-die one-step formation forging process. The operation practice demonstrates that the fully-automatic production line for the externally-upset tubing as designed and constructed by the company own force is capable of making pipes in compliance with the product specification of API Spec 5CT, being very effective. |
