| Abstract: | Young high school teachers are the decisive force for the sustainable development to the career of high school education. The article discusses the existent problems of young high school teachers, bringing forward that through constructing a system of training and support and a motivation mechanism to strengthen the training and management upon high school teachers, to improve their teaching and researching ability, and to motivate them at work. |
