| Abstract: | The passage proposed 4 strategies for the state-owned chemical enterprises on management and its patterns when confronted with the financial crisis. They are： 1, making good use of the macro control regulations to break the traditional seal management, thus realizing the reorganization and integration. 2. Irnplementing the cost leadership strategy to realize the management that features low the purchasing prices, low quota of consumption, low expenses but high sales prices. 3. Strengthening the business coordination to achieve a win-win development. 4. Readjusting the industrial structure timely. |
