摘    要:随着用户对供电质量要求的不断提高,在线解决配电网故障定位问题成为供电部门的迫切需要。分析10 kV中性点不接地系统发生单相接地故障的现象,得出了各支路上零序电流与零序电压之间相位差特点,即故障路径上零序电流滞后零序电压90°,非故障路径上零序电流超前零序电压90°。从而提出基于相位的在线故障定位方法,该方法通过磁场检测获取电流信息,应用全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)实现电流/电压的同步测量,并利用GPRS网络将电压信息传送到电流检测点以实现相对相位的获取;采用相位转动法和双端比较法2种移动式的测量手段获取电流信息。理论分析及ATP仿真表明了移动式比相法的有效性。

Abstract:Line fault location on line of distribution network is urgently in need for the improvement of power supply reliability. By analyzing the single-line-to-ground fault of neutral-ungrounded system, the relationship between the zero sequence current and the zero sequence voltage of every branches was deduced, i.e.: the current is 90° lag with the voltage on lines of fault route, and 90° ahead on lines of the un-fault route. Then the method of online fault location was proposed based on phase-comparison, in this method, the information about current was obtained by measuring the magnetic field, GPS serving as the time base, and the phase between zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage was acquired based on the information of voltage transmitted by GPRS. Furthermore, two mobile methods of phase-turning and two-side-comparison were applied in measurement of the current. Theoretical analysis and simulation results shows the validity of phase-comparison method.
