| Abstract: | It's very important to manage and research the risks of the employer of internal water conservancy project. The author has applied the model of employer risk management system of internal water conservancy project, which is researched and developed by myself, to the Wanjiazhai water conservancy project. The outcome has obtained the recognition of the employer and praise of many specialists. The model will be useful to guiding the management research of employer risks of internal water conservancy projects. |
