抽油泵泵筒柱塞摩擦副配对试验研究

摘    要:为合理选择抽油泵泵筒和柱塞摩擦副材料及表面处理工艺 ,提高抽油泵的使用寿命 ,选择碳钢、 4 %~ 6 %铬钢、 30 3钢、海军黄铜和蒙耐尔合金等 5种材料和相应的表面处理工艺 ,共配对组成 2 3对摩擦副在相同条件下进行了耐磨性试验。综合分析试验结果 ,推荐泵筒材料和表面处理工艺排序为碳钢 (45号 )镍磷镀黄铜镀铬 4 %~ 6 %铬钢加压氮化蒙耐尔合金镀铬 30 3钢镀铬 ;推荐柱塞材料和表面处理工艺排序为碳钢 (45号 )激光处理碳钢 (45号 )镀铬蒙耐尔合金镀铬碳钢 (45号 )镍磷镀黄铜镍磷镀。综合考虑成本、耐磨性和实际应用可行性 ,建议选用碳钢镍磷镀 /碳钢镀铬作为抽油泵泵筒 /柱塞副配对材料

Abstract:To improve working life-span of pump, 5 kinds of materials which include carbon steel, 4%~6% chrome steel, steel 303, navy brass and monel metal and corresponding heat treatment process used for them are chosen, and 23 fricative pairs are matched to be tested under the same working condition. The tests results show that such choosing sequence, that is carbon steel, brass with chrome plate, 4%~6% chrome steel with nitriding, monel metal, 303 steel with chrome plate, is suggested for housing materials and surface treatment process, and for the plunger, that is carbon steel treated with laser, carbon steel with chrome plate, monel metal with chrome plate, carbon steel, brass with nickel-phosphor plate. Carbon steel with nickel-phosphor plate/ carbon steel with chrome plate is suggested to be used for friction pairs materials of barrel/plunger pairs of the pump considering cost, anti abrasion and applying feasibility.
