| Abstract: | The current situation of the town construct is firstly present in this paper. Some relationships, which occur during planning and designing of residences in small town, are introduced. The principles that should be followed during planning and designing of residences in small town are also analyzed. The author then points out that it is residences plan and design that is an important constitutive part in town construction. |
