海洋环境下矿物外加剂对水泥胶砂抗腐蚀性能的影响研究

摘    要:研究了各种不同种类和掺量的矿物外加剂对水泥胶砂试块抗海水腐蚀性能的影响。矿物外加剂选用了粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰和膨胀剂,快速腐蚀试验方法采用半浸烘循环法。试验中测定了不同配比的水泥胶砂试件在快速腐蚀条件下的抗折强度、抗压强度变化以及Cl^-渗透深度和Cl^-扩散系数。并对试验结果进行了对比说明和机理分析。

Abstract:It is experimentally studied for the effects of different contents of mineral admixtures, such as fly ash, slag powder, silica fume and expansive agent, on to corrosion resistance of cement mortar in marine environments, by using an accelerated test-method, i.e. the cycling of semi-immerging the spcciment in imitated sea-water and then drying it in oven. The compressive strength, the flexural strength, the depthes of Cl^- penetrating and the coefficients of Cl^- diffusion have been measured in the tests, and the comparison of rczults and the analysis of mechanism have also been down.
