天然气调压站安全评价与管理

摘    要:分析了导致天然气调压站泄漏造成火灾、爆炸的危险因素,遵循安全评价中事故最大化原则,以蒸气云爆炸为模型,对天然气泄漏火灾、爆炸的灾害后果进行了定量分析。在泄漏面积为1mm。的情况下,即使泄漏持续5min,四级损伤半径会达到6.62m。在工程的设计、施工及运行管理阶段要制定有针对性的安全措施并严格执行。

Abstract:The risk factors causing leakage at natural gas regulator station, resulting in fire and explosion, are analyzed. The consequences of fire and explosion from leakage of natural gas are quantitatively analyzed by vapor cloud explosion model according to the accident maximization principle in safety evaluation. Under the condition of leakage area of 1 mm2, the four-stage damage radius will reach 6.62 m even if the leakage lasts for 5 min. The safety measures must be established and strictly implemented the project design, construction and operation management.
