低噪音润滑脂的基础研究

摘    要:通过对锂基润滑脂基础油和冷却方式的考察,发现基础油和冷却方式对润滑脂的噪音性能影响不同,对环烷基油,控温冷却制备的润滑脂具有较好的噪音特性,而基础油是季戊四醇酯 环烷基油的混合油时,自然冷却制备的润滑脂具有较好的噪音特性。

Abstract:it was discovered that the influence of base oil and cooling method on noise performance was different by investigation of base oil and cooling method to lithium based grease, for naphthenes oil, the grease manufactured by controlled cooling method had better noise property, and for blend oil of pentaerythritol ester and naphthenes oil, the noise property of grease manufactured by natural cooling method was better.
