直接冷却半连续铸造铝合金圆锭温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:通过试验方法测定直接冷却半连续铸造铝合金圆锭凝固过程的温度变化曲线,利用逆向法计算出铸锭表面热流和换热系数;然后采用数值方法模拟直接冷却半连续铸造过程温度场,实测结果和模拟数据基本吻合。

Numerical Simulation of the Temperature Field of Direct Chill Semicontinuous Casting Aluminum Alloy Ingots

Abstract:In order to quantify the cooling conditions undergone by an ingot during direct chill casting (DC casting), thermocouples were immersed in the solidifying ingot to record the descending temperatures, these values measured by thermocouples were the input of inverse method to compute the heat flux and heat transfer coefficient of the ingot surface. A 3D model of simulating the temperature field of DC casting was developed using the results of inverse method, and the computed temperatures are in good agreement with the measured ones.
