摘 要: | 对在役的316L不锈钢管线的局部减薄部位,采用套管修复方法对其修复。根据APISTD1104--2005标准,在自建的在役焊接动态实验装置上,对316L不锈钢套管修复焊接工艺进行评定。通过对套管环缝进行刻槽锤断试验,套管纵缝进行刻槽锤断试验、面弯和背弯试验,其检验结果均符合焊接工艺评定要求,说明制订的焊接工艺可对316L不锈钢进行在役焊接,该工艺对海洋平台不锈钢管线的在役焊接修复提供一定的指导意义。

Abstract: | The method with casing pipe was used to repair the thin part of 316L pipe in--service. According to the standard of API STD 1104--2005, the experiment facility of welding in--service was used to do the welding procedure qualification about 316L. The Groove hammer breaking test of circumferential weld line and the Groove hammer breaking test, the bending test of longitudinal weld line were proved to be qualified, which means that this welding parameter can be used to weld the pipes in--service. This welding parameter can guide the welding of stainless steel pipe in--service. |
