小型地球模拟器温度控制系统研究

摘    要:地球模拟器是在地面上标定卫星敏感器精度的试验设备,主要是研究小型地球模拟器温度控制系统。通过温控系统调节热地球圆盘与环境(室温)的温度差来模拟地球与太空间辐射亮度差,保证热地球的温度在40~85℃。为了保证热地球的温控精度,热地球温控系统我们采用电热膜加热和PID控制的温控仪对其温度进行控制。介绍了地球模拟器温控系统的组成与工作原理、模拟器温控元件的设计,并对模拟器温控系统的实验数据进行分析,由此说明达到所需的温控要求。

Abstract:Earth Simulator is the test equipment to standardize the satellite sensor precision on the ground.This paper mainly studies the temperature control system of small-scale Earth simulator.the system regulate the difference of temperature between hot earth disk and the environment to simulate the difference of temperature between Earth and space radiation intensity through temperature control system to ensure the Earth's temperature between 40℃ and 85 ℃.In order to ensure the temperature accuracy of the earth,electric film heating and temperature controller PID are used to control its temperature.The paper introduces the composition and working principle of the temperature control system and the design of temperature controlling element,and also analyses the experimental data of the temperature control system,which show the demand of temperature control system we needed.
