| 摘 要： | 介绍了用包装废料(废涤纶丝)制备对苯二甲酸及其甲酯的方法,讨论了由对苯二甲酸制备对苯二甲酸二甲酯的工艺条件,如催化剂的选择,反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间等.实验表明,在最佳工艺条件下,酯化率可达96%以上,并且产品较纯,工艺简单.成本低,原料易得,通过进一步优化后,可用于工业生产中.

| Abstract: | The method of the preparation of terephthalic acid and dimecthyl terephthalate with waste package material(terylene filers) was introduced.The technical conditions of preparing dimecthyl terephthalate with terephthalic acid were discussed,such as the selection of catalyst,the rate of reactant,reaction temperature and time etc.It was showed that the rate of esterifying was over 96% under the optimum condition,and at the same time,the method has many advantages such as pure product,simple technology,lower cost and easily available raw material etc.It can be used in industry through further optimization. |
