| Abstract: | Three core issues of price, property right and balance of interests in the reform of urban water affairs are analyzed and four countermeasures are put forward. Ten modes and their adaptability to the marketized-operation of water and wastewater treatment projects are introduced. Eight major issues related to the reform and finance of water supply enterprises in the practices of the consulting company are carefully analyzed. |
