摘    要:提出了一种可视化算法对直流铁心电感器进行优化设计的方法。通过四维可视化算法得到电感量和体积相交的区域,在满足电感量条件下选取体积较小的区域,从而得到电感参数。通过得到的数据进行实际制作,试验结果表明,其体积比实际减小约377 cm3,电感量在允许误差范围内,表明该方法达到了优化效果。

Abstract:This paper presented a visualization algorithm which is used in an optimal design for DC core inductor. Through the four dimensional visualization algorithm, the inductance and volume intersection areas were got. On the condition of meeting the inductance, small area was selected, and then inductance parameters were obtained. The actual making was done by the data obtained. The results show that the actual volume is reduced about 377 cm3, and the inductance is in the permissible error range, which shows that this method achieves the optimization effect.
