摘    要:为了进行PLC的网络化、远程化试验教学,需要对普通的基于PLC的直线运动系统、机械手等单个试验装置,采用先进的现场总线、组态软件等技术重新进行大系统集成设计。提出了二次开发的设计方案,采用CC—Link现场总线技术将机械手试验装置和TM2直线运动系统试验装置组网,通过模拟工厂传送带和机械手控制系统的协调控制达到教学目的。系统采用易控组态软件设计上位监控界面,并在此基础上利用Web功能实现了控制系统的远程控制,为PLC的综合试验提供了新的平台。

Abstract:In order to realize the networking and :remote experimental teaching of PLC, advanced fieldbus and configuration software technology were used to rebuild linear motion and manipulator system. A secondary development design proposal was put forward. The linear motion system was used to simulate conveyor belt. More than one PLC device can talk to each other on using CC-Link fieldbus. It realized coordinated control between the belt and the manipulator system. Upper supervision interface was designed by INSPEC configuration software. It also achieved long-range control in internet based on INSPEC. It provided a new platform for the comprehensive experiment on PLC.
