摘 要: | 对塑壳断路器操作机构进行了合闸、分闸、自由脱扣及复位过程分析,简述了这四个过程中的杆件转化过程。接着对设计该类操作机构的相关要点进行了解析。最后对双断点操作机构的应用作了描述,为新型操作机构的设计提供理论指导。

Abstract: | The paper gave analysis of moulded case circuit breaker( MCCB) operating mechanism’s on-off- trip-reset movement and the four connecting rod conversion process. Then key points for designing such MCCB’s operating mechanism were presented which will give some theoretical guide for autonomous innovation design and problem solving. |
