220 MW机组循环水泵优化运行

通过现场试验,测量了在一定大气温度和典型负荷下220 MW机组循环水泵各种运行方式的汽轮机排汽压力,并根据功率修正曲线得到不同循环水泵运行方式下汽轮机的功率增量,与循环水泵耗功比较,以确定循环水泵最佳运行方式.同时,制作了循环水泵优化运行方式图,按照秦岭电厂循环水泵的设置,可组合出2机2台、2机3台、2机4台、2机5台4种循环水泵运行方式,灵活方便,达到了提高电厂综合效率的目的.

OPTIMIZED OPERATION OF CIRCULATING WATER PUMPS FOR 200 MW UNITS

Through tests in the field,the exhaust steam pressure under different operation modes of circulating water pumps for 200 MW units at certain atmospheric temperature and typic load has been measured,and the power increament of steam turbine under different operation modes of the circulating water pumps being obtained according to the power correction curves,compared with the power consumption of circulating water pumps,the optimal operation mode of circulating water pumps can be determined.The optimized operation mode chart can be worked out,accourding to the lay-out of circulating water pumps in Qinling Power Plant,the turbines and pumps can be grouped into four operation modes,namely 2 turbines with 2 pumps,2 turbines with 3 pumps,2 turbines with 4 pumps,and 2 turbines with 5 pumps,being flexible and convenient,reaching the purpose of enhancing the conprehensive efficiency of power plant.
