| 摘 要： | 通过搜集、统计我省近年定额人工单价和市场人工单价的资料,对比两种人工单价在同一时段内的各自的涨幅,确定存在人工单价偏低的问题并以初步量化的方式表达。同时对这一问题的发生原因、产生影响与解决原则进行了初步的思考。
