厦门国际会展中心二期钢结构屋面面朝大海,张弦箱型梁自身配重无法满足设计的抗台风要求,需通过往张弦箱型梁灌注水泥砂浆来满足设计的配重要求。控制灌注水泥砂浆的质量是使张弦箱型梁屋面配重满足设计要求的关键。需对灌注水泥砂浆的准备工作、施工工艺流程、灌注过程、完成后的检查验收进行监控,确保灌注水泥砂浆后的张弦箱型梁配重满足设计要求。

Perfusion monitoring points for the bowstring-case girder construction

As the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center（phase two） steel structure roof towards the sea,the Bowstring-case Girder’s own weight can not meet the design requirements for typhoon resistance,and it need to perfuse cement mortar into the girder so as to meet the design requirements of the counterweight.Controlled quality of cement mortar perfusion is the key to make the Bowstring-case Girder roof’s counterweight to meet the design requirements.Monitoring is necessary for the perfusion preparation,construction technical and the operation process,inspection and acceptance after completion,to ensure the counterweight of Bowstring-case Girder meet the design requirements.
