永久模板在道路沥青化改造中排水沟盖板处理的应用

市政道路环境错综复杂,在实施旧路沥青化改造过程中经常遇到许多问题,特别是城区旧道路常设置有排水盖板沟、电力盖板沟等,容易使沥青加铺层形成反射裂缝。为了减少反射裂缝源,针对旧道路沥青改造范围内排水盖板沟的处理进行分析,并借鉴GRC永久模板工艺思路,采用安装预制钢筋混凝土模板并现浇混凝土的方式进行处理,得到理想的改造效果。

Municipal road environment perplexing,in the implementation of the old road rebuilding bituminization process often encounter many problems,especially the old urban road drainage plate is arranged,the electrical cover plate groove ditch,easy to make the asphalt overlay reflection cracking formation.In order to reduce the reflection crack source,for the old road asphalt alteration within the drain cover plate groove processing were analyzed,and use GRC permanent formwork technology train of thought,the installation of precast reinforced concrete template and cast-in-place concrete manner,get ideal reconstruction effect.
