端羟基液体橡胶聚氨酯弹性体与金属粘接的研究

端羟基液体橡胶聚氨酯弹性体为柔性材料，丁羟聚氨酯弹性体硬度比丁腈羟聚氨酯弹性体小，前者的拉伸强度比后者稍大．伸长率也大；其作为粘合剂与金属粘接时，金属表面在分别经过酸化、磷化，喷砂、清洗，喷砂、清洗、涂偶联剂（KH-550）3种方法处理，其中金属表面进行喷砂、清洗、涂覆偶联剂时粘接性能最好。

The rigidity of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber polyurethane elastomers is less than that of the hydroxyl-terminated poly（butadiene-acrylonitrile） liquid rubber polyurethane elastomers,and the tensile strength and tensile rate of the former is better. It is about the adhesion between hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene rubber polyurethane elastomers and metal. The disposal of the face of the metal was acidification, phosphides and gritstone, cleanout and gritstone, eleanout, coating coincidence-reagent（KH-550）. When the gritstone on the face of the metal was sprayed and the face of the metal was cleared and had a coating, the bonding of the adhesion is the best.
