| Abstract: | Based on the practice in engineering construction, this article expounds that the key point of controlling construction cost should be laid on pre project management, discusses the importance of strengthening inviting and submitting a tender and contract supervision. ln the end, it suggests some concrete measurements of reinforcing project construction management and properly utilizing construction investment. |
