板材多点成形中压痕缺陷的分析与控制

摘    要:压痕是多点成形中特有的成形缺陷,是板材多点成形中必须解决的问题。本文首先对多点成形中压痕的形成进行了力学分析,给出了抑制压痕的方法,并通过典型件的数值模拟及成形实验说明了弹性垫技术及变路径多道成形技术消除压痕缺陷的有效性。

Abstract:Dimples is a particular defects in Multi\|point forming (MPF) of sheet metal, it is a problem that the designer have to overcome in MPF. In this paper, through the mechanics analysis of dimpling in MPF process, the methods to restrain dimple are suggested. Numerical results and forming test of typical specimens demonstrate that dimples can be eliminated effectively by the techniques of elastic cushion and multi\|step MPF.
