| 摘 要： | 针对俄罗斯产65MW供热机组,采用两种热、电成本分摊理论进行了热电分摊,结合机组的实际情况,在现有MIS系统的基础上,完成了机组技术经济指标、运行可控分析计算,实现了发电煤耗、供热煤耗等主要技术经济指标的在线分析和处理,开发了基于C/S结构的软件,在客户端为运行人员和考核人员提供了运行指导和考核评价机制。

| Abstract: | Operation economic index have been analysed using different heat-power cost share theory for a 65MW combined heat and power supply unit. The online analysis and settlement of main technical and economical index have been finished. The software based on C/S structure has been developed. The examination mechanism for examiner and the operating instruction for operator have been provided. |
