| Abstract: | Near surface mounted （NSM）consolidation method is a new application form of reinforced concrete with FRP materials, as it offers some real practical advantages over extemaUy bonded FRP reinforcement. In this paper, the method is analyzed and discussed. Reinforced beam and bord with it not only increases bearing capacity, but also improves ductility. It is an effective consolidation method which can be used in engineering practice. |
