| 摘 要： | 介绍济南卷烟厂制丝车间建立完整的数据质量控制体系,对产品的生产过程进行实时的控制,通过过程数据质量控制,保证最终产品质量。并由此引申到绩效考核,以生产过程中的工艺数据作为考核的依据,摒弃人为的主观因素,做到考核的科学、合理。

| Abstract: | the digital quality control system was constructed in Primary Processing Shop of Jinan tobacco Factory. It can control the whole production process timely. The final production quality was guaranteed by controlling the process quality data. Spurning the positive factor and using data stored in computer will make the result of rating more scientific and reasonable. |
