摘    要:通过在不同的热处理工艺条件下对已经轻度球化的 2 0G材质试样进行老化试验研究 ,给出了老化处理的原理 ,探索了实验室中进行材质老化模拟的操作程序。金相分析的结果表明 ,通过老化处理分别得到了中度球化和完全球化级别的试样 ,并在实验的基础上拓宽了公式τ =Aeb/T的应用范围。对不同球化级别的试样进行高温低周疲劳试验 ,根据试验结果初步拟定将母材完全球化作为焦炭塔判废依据 ,利用公式τ =Aeb/T对 2 0G材质进行的剩余寿命估算与实践相吻合 ,表明了从材质老化角度研究焦炭塔剩余寿命的可行性

Abstract:An ageing experiment was carried out with 20G lightly spheroidized samples under different heat-treatment procedures. The principle of ageing treatment was presented. The operating procedure simulating material ageing in laboratory was explored. The metallographic analysis shows that moderately spheroidized and completely spheroidized samples can be acquired by ageing treatment. Based on the experiments the applied range of the equation of τ=Ae b/T was widened. High-temperature and low-cycle fatigue test was done on different spheroidization level samples. According to the results of the test, the complete spheroidization of base metal can be the criterion of disabling coking tower. The equation of τ=Ae b/T was used to estimate the residual life of coking tower, and the result matches the practical case. This shows that to study residual life of the coke tower from the view point of material ageing is feasible.
