Abstract:The concept about the defect of alkali-burned pattern was firstly explained in the paper. Next, from the view-point of the alkaline cleaning mechanism and the action mechanism of the alkaline additive, the influence of several factors (such as lye, etc), to the defect of alkali-burned pattern was mainly analyzed. Finally, the precautionary measures were given.
