摘    要:数字积分中的误差累积会引起波形的严重变形,在分析了误差传递规律的基础上,提出了基于最小二乘法的波形修正方案。用LMS分别对速度和位移信号进行一次拟合和二次拟合,求出积分后信号中的误差变化规律,然后进行波形修正得到正确的速度和位移信号。在我们自主开发的一套专门用于振动信号测量的便携式振动测量仪中,将该算法应用到加速度信号处理中,并取得了很好的效果,从而为准确判断设备的运行状态提供了可靠的数据来源。

Abstract:The error accumulation in numeric integration will result in serious distortion of waveform. On the basis of analysis of error transferring tides, the waveform correction strategy based on LMS is proposed. By using LMS, primary fitting and secondary fitting to velocity and dis- placement signals are conducted. The variation tide or error in signal after integral is derived. Then the waveform is corrected to obtain accurate velocity and displacement signal. In a dedicated portable measuring instrument for vibration, the algorithm is used to process the acceleration signal with excellent effects. Thus reliable data source is provided for accurately judging running status of the equipment.
