摘 要: | 作者提出了一种全新的煤粉点火稳燃技术,即电热管法煤粉多级点火稳燃技术。该技术是利用中心电热管点燃一股煤粉气流,着火后的煤粉火焰又点燃同轴流动的二级煤粉气流,从而以少量的电能方便而迅速地点燃大容量的煤粉燃烧器。据作者在25mm内径电热管多级点火器上的试验,能以3kW左右的功率,几分种之内点燃6~40kg/h的一级煤粉,该煤粉火焰又能点燃260kg/h左右的二级煤粉。另据60mm内径电热管的试验,该装置能以10kW左右的功率,十几分钟内点燃360kg/h的二级煤粉。可见这是一种极有前途的点火稳燃技术。图7表2参3

Abstract: | The author proposes the use of a new stable ignition technique for pulverized coal——the multistage electric heater pipe stable ignition technique.With this method,a pulverized coal stream is first ignited with a central electric heater pipe,which in its turn ignites a second stage concentric pulverized coal stream.According to tests,a 3 kW electric heater pipe of 25mm inner diameter is capable of igniting a second stage flow of 260kg/h within a few minutes. |
