摘    要:本文研究了不同抗氧体系对尼龙隔热条材料(PA66GF25)耐老化性能的稳定作用。通过测试尼龙隔热条拉伸强度的变化值来表征不同抗氧体系的效果,研究结果表明不同的抗氧体系提高了材料的耐老化性能,尤其是含有碳自由基捕获剂的三元复配体系。同时对尼龙隔热条材料的静态使用寿命进行了分析与预测,不含抗氧剂的材料静态使用寿命仅有4.34年,而含三元复配抗氧体系则可高达57.05年。

Abstract:Influence of different antioxidants for aging time of nylon heat-insulation strip material (PA66-GF25) was studied in this article. The variety of tensile strength of nylon heat-insulation strip was used to characterize the effect of antioxidant systems. The results indicated that antioxidants prolonged the aging time of materials, the best was ternary compound that contains C-centered radical scavengers. Besides this, the static life of nylon heat-insulation strip materials were also predicted through theory of computation, the materials excluding antioxidant can use about 4.34 years, but that including ternary compound have 57.05-year life.
