新一代高性能PC/ABS合金的研究

摘    要:通过对聚碳酸酯(PC)/(丙烯腈/丁二烯/笨乙烯)共聚物(ABS)合金失效原因分析,对材料的各组分选材进行优化,研究了PC/ABS合金经多次循环回收、高温高湿加速老化、长期高温热老化后的性能变化情况.配方优化后的PC/ABS材料既可成型薄壁大型制件,又具有优良的耐久性,且可以回收利用.

Abstract:By analyzing the failure mode of PC/ABS blends,the components of the PC/ABS blends was optimized.As a result,new generation of high-performance PC/ABS blends was developed.The properties of durability,rheology,long-term heat aging,heat stability residenting in injection machine,multiaxial impact strength in low temperature,et al were tested.The new generation of high-performance PC/ABS blends had excellent flowability,long-term performance and recyclability.
