| 摘 要： | 高压水射流清洗技术在我国发展迅速,目前高压水射流多功能清洗机在我国应用已超过千台,有很多部门对高压水射流理论不甚了解,如设备压力损失过大或流量流失过多,导致一台清洗机的功效只发挥了一半或四分之一,给企业造成了很大的能源浪费,给自己也造成重大经济损失。本文从高压水射流理论上予以阐明,以求充分发挥高压水射流清洗设备潜能,减少损失,多创效益。

| Abstract: | The technology of high pressure water jet cleaning has been developed rapidly in China. The num-ber of high pressure water jet multi-purpose cleaning machines is currently over one thousand. Since the theory of high pressure water jet has not been deeply acquainted, the loss of water pressure and volume of the cleaning machine are obvious, sometimes the efficiency of the machine only reached one/half even one/quarter. The results are the huge waste of energy and great economical loss. For fully using the potential energy and increasing the machine efficiency, the theory concerned water jet cleaning has been discussed in this paper. |
