摘    要:根据红外辐射的窗口特性以及谐衍射透镜的特点,将谐衍射透镜成功地引入红外双色探测器系统的设计中,使系统在两个波段内同时较好地完成了系统轴向像差的校正,波前差都小于1/4波长,"成像质量"接近衍射极限。结果表明,谐衍射透镜的光谱特性介于折射透镜与衍射透镜之间,降低了对工艺水平的要求,使系统结构紧凑、片数少、透射比高,具有良好的消像差特性,为红外光学系统设计提供了一种全新的器件。

Abstract:Based on the properties of infrared radiation windows and harmonic diffractive element, harmonic diffractive element is successfully introduced to the system of infrared dual color detector. The rectification of the longitudinal aberration in two bands is simultaneously accomplished. Wavefront aberration is less than 1/4 wavelength and the modulation transfer function of dual band approaches or attains the diffraction limit. The results show that the properties of action spectrum of harmonic diffractive element are between refractive element and diffractive element. The system debases the demands to technical level. The practical design shows that the system not only has the advantages of compacted structure, few elements and high rates of transmission, but also has better weaken ray aberrations character. It can be used to put forward a new element for infrared optical designs.
