| 摘 要： | 为了解决YB55小盒透明纸包装机出口散包检测器上部探针位置精度调整困难问题，重新设计了带有微调螺栓的上部探针安装支架。该支架安装方便，调整快捷。改进后，应用效果表明，YB55包装机小盒透明纸散包检测器上部探针灵敏度的调整非常方便。维修工调整探针灵敏度时，从改进前的每次调整30min左右，减少到10min左右，有效地降低了设备故障停机时间。

| Abstract: | A new bracket with packet film detection system on the YB55 of ZB45 Packing line. By instal- ling the adjusting bolt to solve difficult problem of adjust detection accuracy. Application results after revam- ping showed good effects, can quickly adjust the sensitivity of the upper probe of sensors on the YB55. When the repairman adjusting the probe sensitivity, from before improved time about 30 minutes, reduced to 10 mi- nutes, and the greatly reduce the shutdown time of production caused by malfunction. |
