卫生卷纸薄膜包裹机裹膜系统的设计与研究

通过对全自动高速卫生卷纸薄膜包裹机的机械和控制系统的叙述，介绍了包裹机的组成与特点。通过对裹膜原理、裹膜传动系统、包裹伺服电机与输送电机运动关系、包裹电机运行角度相关参数分析与论证，创新设计出完整的、合理的薄膜包裹系统；结合薄膜包裹系统，设计出纸卷的输入与输出机构，为该机机电一体化设计奠定基础。

Design Research of Wrapping Film System of Toilet-roll Thin Film Wrapping Machine

According to narrate the mechanical and control system of the toilet-roll thin film wrapping ma- chine that was fully automatic and high speed, it was known its composition and characteristics. According to analyse the related parameters including wrapping membrane principle, wrapping film transmission system ser- vo motor and transport motor movement relationship, motor running angle, it was designed a complete, reason- able film wrapping system creatively. In combination with the thin film wrapping system, it was designed the toilet-roll input and output mechanism, which was established the foundation for the mechanical and electrical integration design about the machine.
