| Abstract: | The paper expounds the design process of Tiantie enterprise employee information management program. Through analysis on business requirement and brand new development on management program, functions such as the input, management and enquiry of employee information were achieved, and software usefulness was enhanced. The working efficiency of human resource department was improved, and standardized, systematic and scientific personnel management achieved. |
