| 摘 要： | 对天铁1#高炉空料线降料面停炉操作实践进行了总结.通过在停炉前维持炉况顺行、残铁口位置选择等一系列前期准备工作,在降料线过程中对各项操作参数进行合理控制以及雾化打水,达到了安全、顺利的停炉要求.

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the operation practice of lowering stock line, descending stock level and shutting down blast furnace at Tiantie BF 1. A series of preparation of maintaining furnace in good conditions and choosing residual metal tapping position was carried out before stoppage; measures of rational control over operation parameters and mist water spraying were taken during stock line descending. Safe and smooth furnace stoppage was achieved. |
