| 摘 要： | 论述了变频调速系统在天铁热轧钢水罐车中的应用过程.对应用中出现的分闸现象原因进行了分析和探讨,提出了改变装置控制方式的解决措施,满足了钢水罐车在运行中的速度控制要求.通过改进单回路控制系统,保障了系统运行稳定性,降低了事故率.

| Abstract: | The application process of variable frequency speed regulation system to ladle car at Tiantie Plate Hot Rolling Company is demonstrated, and the cause of breaking analyzed and discussed. The author puts forward the solution of changing controlling method, which meets the requirement of speed control by ladle car in running. Single circuit control system was improved to ensure the stability of system running and to lower accident rate. |
