有分流换热网络的弹性设计-基于温度波动情形

提出了基于温度波动的有分流换热网络的超结构模型和同步优化的弹性设计方法。首先对于起始温度在一定范围内波动的物流进行预处理。即分段处理。然后建立换热网络同步优化的数学模型，最后对分段物流进行合并，并通过能量松弛方法得取满意一定弹性要求的换热网络结构。

Synthesis of Flexible Heat Exchanger Network with Stream Splitting Based on Stream Temperature Perturbation

In this paper the method of synthesis of flexible heat exchanger network (HEN) with splitted stream was studied. The method can make HEN be operated in the rang of stream supply temperature and make the overall cost of HEN minimum. A new superstructure model of HEN was developed which is capable to do simultaneous optimal design of flexible HEN synthesis. At first, the streams with temperatures perturbation are splitted. Then, a superstructure model of heat exchanger networks is applied based on rules proposed. Finally, the splitted streams are merged and the load of heat exchanger are relaxed. The method is very easy to obtain the flexible HEN configuration, and it is possible to deal with the large scale flexible HEN synthesis.
