| 摘 要： | 为进行钢材冷顶锻试验设计制作了一种上凸下凹全封闭的专用模具,即解决了冷顶锻试样在试验过程中易扭歪而使试验无法进行地的问题,也解决了无法准确测量试验后试样高度的问题,同时还具有简单实用、安全可靠的优点,使用效果良好,使冷顶锻试验完全按GB/T 233要求进行.

| Abstract: | This article is written for the design and make of the complete blockaded special used die set,which is in the form of up convex and down hollowness, For this achievement,it not only solved the easy twisting during the testing for the sample of cold upended,even though caused the test unable to carry out,but it also solved unable to accurate measure the height after the test.The property for this device is simple,safe,reliable and good result to use.It increase the accurate and safe for the steel cold upended.This device can be used for the test of enery kind of mulit-used material testing machine as well as for every kind of pressing machine,etc. |
