| 摘 要： | 针对Cu-Pb合金材料存在不能互溶和成分偏析的问题.通过改善铜铅合金粉末熔炼时所加的添加剂和加强熔炼合金的搅拌,获得了具有均匀致密微观组织的铜铅合金粉末.铜铅合金粉末具有耐磨和耐高温性能,可用于汽车工业中轴瓦制造.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of immiscible and composition segregations of Cu-Pb alloy, the additives are adopted and stirring is enhanced in the process of Cu-Pb alloy smelting, the Cu-Pb alloy with homogeneous and compact micro-structures is obtained, the powder is of good wear resistance and high temperature properties so can be used for bearing preparation in auto industry. |
