| 摘 要： | 能源消耗评估涉及到政策、法规、技术、管理等多面的情况,鉴于能耗评估中所存在的模糊性和随机性,本文依据模糊数学原理,建立了模糊综合评估模型,使用层次分析法确定了因素权重。通过实例证明,该方法是切实可行的,并且该方法对能耗评估有较高的理论意义和应用价值。

Application Research of Imbiguous Integated Estimating Method in Energy Consumption Assessment |

| Abstract: | Energy consumption assessment (ECA) involves different respects, such as policy、legislations、 technology and manager. Because ECA exiting fuzziness and randomness, in this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established, and factor weights are defined by Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Proved by example, the method is feasible. This method has greatly theoretic significance and practical use in ECA. |
