用层次分析法(AHP)对电子文件载体进行评估

电子文件的载体类型较多,功能各异,根据需存储信息类型和容量的不同可以选择不同形式的载体。正因为如此,当前许多对电子文件载体的评价仅仅是从定性的角度进行分析描述,而在本文中,作者运用一种层次化、系统化的方法——AHP层次分析法对电子文件的载体进行了定性和定量的分析,给出了各载体的综合评价体系和得分,为更科学更有针对性地选择电子文件储存载体提供了一种新的思路。

Evaluating the Media of Electronic Record with the Method Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

the media of electronic record is multiform and distinctive.For diverse requirements of information types and storage capacity,we may choose different media.As a result,current evaluations about the media of electronic record are mostly inclined to the qualitative analysis.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a hierarchical and systemic method is used to give an analysis about the choosing of the media of electronic record both qualitatively and quantitatively.In this way,the author sets up a synthetical evaluating system including all the media,offering a new way in choosing the suitable media for electronic record scientifically.
