烧结烟气脱硫技术的研究

摘    要:为进行烧结烟气的脱硫处理,建立了密相干塔烟气脱硫新技术的试验装置,并进行了脱硫试验研究.该系统在Ca/S(摩尔比)为1.2、加水量为3%、循环灰浓度为400 g/m3的条件下,连续稳定运行,系统出口SO2浓度在80~120 mg/m3之间,脱硫效率达95%以上.

Abstract:For desulphurization of sintering gas, a pilot dense flow absorber was built and desulphurization experiment was carried out. The results show that the SO2 concentration at outlet is between 80 and 120 mg/ma , and the desulphurization efficiency is ove 95 % when Ca/S is 1.2, water addition is 3 %, and circulating sorbent concentration is 400 g/m^3.
